Carriage Rollers

Particularly designed bearings known as carriage rollers are frequently seen on lift masts because they allow them to function better within tough environmental surroundings. The typical lift mast is regularly subject to frequent oscillations, shocks, vibrations and high dynamic and static loads. This apparatus is often exposed to environmental influences like heat, dust, cold, moisture, contamination and aggressive ambient air. Thus, the lift masts' guidance arrangements have to be particularly robust and have a certain high load carrying capability.

In order to help compete in lots of different environmental surroundings, carriage rollers were designed for many lift masts. While having the ability to deal with a particularly high load carrying capacity, these bearings provided an economical operational security for the guidance arrangement of the lift masts.
