Nashville is referred to as "Music City" and is well-known for its music scene. The Tennessee Performing Arts Center is a main place in the city. Cultural organizations include the Tennessee Repertory Theater, the Nashville Opera, the Nashville Ballet, and the Music City Drum and Bugle Corps. The symphony is headquartered within the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
