 Forklift Masts Chandler - The city of Chandler, Arizona is located in the states Maricopa County. It is part of the Metropolitan Statistical Area of Phoenix and a key suburb of the bigger city. The city of Chandler is situated in the south-central part of the state. It is about a 30 minute drive southeast of Phoenix. The very first veterinary surgeon within Arizona Territory was Dr. Alexander John Chandler. During the year 1891, he settled on a ranch situated south of Mesa and was studying irrigation engineering. A short time later in the year 1900, he had acquired 73km2 of land or 18,000 acres and started to draw up plans for a town location at the area that was then called Chandler Ranch. On May 17th, 1912, the official office of the town site opened. That same year, Chandler High School was also established. The corridor has supported more than 2,900 investments and jobs totaling more than $3 billion ever since the year 2003. The Chandler Fashion Center is amongst the shopping malls that opened in the year 2001. This 1,300,000-square-foot or 120,000m2 amalgamation of shops has led to many laneway and courts developments. Three shopping malls within the region provide a huge attraction to such a huge trade area.
In the southern section of the corridor, Wal-mart is expected to attract a lot of businesses. The large consumer population has raised expectations, and would help to bring business from as far away as the Hunt Highway. Many leading commercial retailers and people to the region would in effect improve "the image and perception of the area." Cyrus One, the Internet hosting company, has announced their plans to build a $1 million square-foot data center. Plans are to construct the facility within the Continuum Business Park area in Chandler's Price Corridor.
